How long does production take?

Standard delivery is 5 business days from order confirmation and receipt of all photos. Rush delivery (48–72h) is available on request — contact us to discuss.

What files will I receive?

High-quality MP4 files in all ordered formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) — ready for Instagram, YouTube, your website, or any listing portal.

Do you work with properties worldwide?

Yes — our production is entirely remote. We work across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. If you can send us photos, we can produce your video.

Can I request revisions?

All packages include at least one revision. Signature and Volume packages include two. Additional revisions are available at CHF 150 per round.

How many photos should I provide?

Minimum 15 high-quality photos. For best results on 60–90 sec videos, 30–40 photos covering all key spaces, outdoor areas, and views give us the most to work with.

How does payment work?

After confirming your project, we send a professional invoice. 50% deposit to begin production, 50% upon delivery before final files are released. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and TWINT.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between LUMAVIS (Leonardo & Dajan Candeloro, Schellenbergstrasse 6, 7000 Chur, Switzerland; hereinafter "Service Provider") and its clients (hereinafter "Client") for the provision of video production services. Any deviating terms of the Client shall only be recognised if the Service Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the Client accepts an offer from LUMAVIS in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and pays the deposit pursuant to clause 5. The Service Provider reserves the right to decline orders without stating reasons.

3. Scope of Services

The exact scope of services is set out in the respective offer. LUMAVIS provides in particular:

Not included: on-location shoots, travel costs, professional photography, and services not expressly listed in the offer.

4. Client Obligations

The Client undertakes to provide LUMAVIS in good time with all necessary materials, in particular high-resolution image material (minimum 15 photos, recommended 30–40), property descriptions, and other relevant information. The Client warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the material provided. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions are borne by the Client.

Fees are as set out in the LUMAVIS offer. The following payment terms apply:

6. Delivery & Acceptance

LUMAVIS delivers the finished video within the agreed timeframe (standard: 5 business days from receipt of all materials and deposit). Acceptance is deemed to have occurred if the Client does not raise written objections within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions are limited to the number specified in the offer. Additional revisions are charged at CHF 150 per round.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Copyright in the created videos remains with LUMAVIS. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, unlimited licence for the agreed purposes (in particular online marketing, property sales, and social media). Sublicensing or resale of the videos to third parties requires the prior written consent of LUMAVIS. LUMAVIS is entitled to use the created videos in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing.

8. Warranty & Liability

LUMAVIS warrants that the services rendered correspond to the agreed scope. LUMAVIS's liability is limited to the order value. LUMAVIS is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential loss. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent pursuant to Art. 100 OR.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat confidential information of the other party as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. This applies in particular to property data, client data, and trade secrets.

10. Cancellation & Termination

The Client may cancel the order at any time in writing. Upon cancellation after production has commenced, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Services already rendered will be charged proportionally to the total order value. LUMAVIS is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of the Client's late payment or material breach of contract.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts based thereon are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Chur, Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory venues pursuant to the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) are reserved.

12. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision (Art. 20 para. 2 OR).
